The first thing to say is that we already have an Army! Welsh regiments play their full part in the British Army now. So when the UK breaks up (or if, for those who still doubt what I think is inevitable) they will naturally form the base of our own Army, just as the Scottish regiments will form the base of the Scottish Army.
