			<description>New Wales will need to have a written constitution, in my opinion.  We can't start from scratch, but we could do a lot worse than start with the French and USA constitutions, both inspired by my greatest ever Englishman, Tom Payne! The right to bear arms I would drop, but apart from that, fit for purpose!</description>
