Linking North Wales, Cheshire, Liverpool and Manchester economically?
Good or bad? What are your views?
If Wales were independent this would be good in ways in that there'd be a large foreign market next to North Wales to work with, but its bad in a way because the current UK policy is to try and make these areas inter-dependent upon each other which can only lead to trouble.
Your thoughts?
