Discontent Against Dŵr Cymru

Hi S'mae i bawb
I am looking to find any past or present discontent against Dŵr Cymru or Glas Cymru Cyfyngedig regarding their water bills. I have been fighting them for 12 months for wanting to charge me £500 up front for a 1 bedroomed flat.
The last post I sent them was a 2 page forwarding letter and 12 pages of notes: The notes regarding %'s of bill vs poverty, studies by York Uni and the JRowntree Foundation, the legality of their charges etc.
That was letter number 17. Today's is letter number 18.
